Business Hours: M-F 10AM -6PM, Holidays that we do not work are: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We also do not work May 16th or August 15th.
Pricing: New Clients are required to prepay for 1 hour of service. Our residential pricing starts at $75/hr. Our commercial pricing starts at $150/hr. We also offer a non-profit discount. Minimum of 1hour for all on-site work, then after the first hour you will be billed in 30min increments rounded up to the nearest half hour. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. Estimates can be given up front, if a clearly defined scope of work is provided.
- Trip Charge: Our trip charge is dependant on the distance we have to drive. The charge is either $35 for within 30 minutes or $75 for any location that is 30-60min away.
- Emergency/After Hours: Non-scheduled work done outside of our business hours is billable at 1.5 times our regular hourly rate. Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there are times we plan work outside of business hours. This type of work is at the regular hourly rate. An example would be work requiring us to take your network down.
Payment Terms: Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon receipt. Invoices not paid within 30 days of due date are subject to being sent to collections.
- Returned checks: Will be charged a $35.00 fee per occurrence.
- Late Fee: Payments not made in full 15 days after the due date will be subject to a late fee of $35.00.
- Collection Costs: If we use a collection agency or attorney to collect money owed by you, you agree to pay the reasonable costs of collection. These costs include, but are not limited to, any collection agency’s fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and arbitration or court costs.
Warranty: Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work.
Cabling: Cabling starts at $300/run for labor unless otherwise stated. If client wants us to only fish a line through a wall and not terminate the line, the price will still start at $300. There is a 120-day workmanship warranty on cabling jobs.
Subscriptions: We offer both Annual and Monthly Subscriptions. The annual subscription can be canceled upon renewal date. If you decide not to continue on our monthly subscription, cancelation will be effective for your next billing cycle and any unpaid balances will need to be paid. Upon cancelation, you are required to to give us access so that we can remove our software from your computer. Our software that we would remove consists of: Remote Client, RMM Client, and our Antivirus that is part of our subscription package. Failure to provide us with access to uninstall our software will continue the subscription until our software is removed.
Quotes: We can provide an initial ball-park estimate for free over the phone. However, since there is a cost associated with every quote on our end between gas, time spent on-site, and time on the administrative side, we charge $100 for quoting. Once quoted, if you decide to continue with the services, the quote will be waived.
